Does ShopTrendiGirl have a catalog?

Sorry, we do not produce a print catalog at this time. The Internet allows us to add items and update our availability every day. Please check the web site often!

Can I place a wholesale order?

We do not offer wholesale pricing on any of our merchandise.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

After you have placed your order on-line, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order at any time by contacting one of our Personal Shoppers during our normal business hours (see below). We're sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations or changes on personalized items or fine jewelry once you have placed your order.

Our ShopTrendiGirl boutique is located in Southeast Oakland area at 404 N. Helen Ave., Rochester, MI 48307. Our boutique hours are Mon-Thurs 10-6, Fri-Sat 10-5, and Sunday 12-5. You can reach one of our boutique sales associates during normal business hours at 248-739-6794. We're sorry, but we are not able to access your on-line order information at our boutique. Please call our number under Website Contact Information for web order inquiries.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

When will my order arrive?

Your merchandise will ship within the time period noted on each product page. Most packages should arrive within 3 to 7 business days if shipped via Ground Service. Transit times may increase if your order is being shipped to a rural address; an address in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico; and during holiday seasons.

What if an item I order is back-ordered or unavailable?

ShopTrendiGirl can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Does ShopTrendiGirl ship to my location?

ShopTrendiGirl ships to all 50 US States, as well as Guam and Puerto Rico, via USPS. We also ship to Canada and other international location via USPS International Service. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

ShopTrendiGirl uses USPS standard rate to have our customers cost on shipping. We don't understand having shipping cost more then some of the items we carry so we try to fine the best shipping rate for our customers.

We will ship your order to you via USPS Standard service. Ground shipping rates as listed above will be applied to your order. Our shipping rates do not include duties or taxes. Such duties and taxes may be due at the time of delivery and should be paid by you directly.

Will my order come all at once or in multiple shipments?

Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you get the latest Must-Haves at your door as quickly as possible. You are not charged any additional shipping fees if your order is sent to you in multiple shipments. If items are sent separately, the shipping cost for your entire order will be allocated over all shipments but not necessarily evenly. This only applies to items ordered together that are assigned the same order number. If you have more than one order open with us, each order is subject to its own shipping costs as quoted on the order confirmation that is emailed to you. We're sorry, but we cannot combine orders after you have submitted the order on our website.
